A 1994 graduate of New York Law School, Ms. Hurley has handled numerous multi-million dollar cases over her legal career, in such subject matters as childhood lead poisoning, automobile products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and negligent security cases, among others. Ms. Hurley is presently a member of the Editorial Board of Bill of Particulars, a publication of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, of which she is also a member. She is also a Member of the State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York; and, previously served as the Secretary as well as a Member of that Bar Association’s Tort Litigation Committee. In addition, Ms. Hurley has been a lecturer and moderator at attorney seminars and graduate school classes about toxic exposure cases, including lead poisoning. She also has authored or co-authored articles about law practice issues and child lead poisoning, one of which was published in Trial, a publication of the American Association of Justice.
